This study examined the issues surrounding lack of services church organizations offer and how this can impact the attendance of services and overall well-being of attendees. Across the nation and denominations, individuals are searching for churches that can meet immediate and long term needs as well as have the flexibility to attend at various times due to constraints that may exist. When those needs are not being met, they can negatively impact the individual, thus impacting congregation attendance. Considering that spirituality plays a vital role in the overall well-being of individuals, if this factor is lacking in any way this can influence life satisfaction, participation, or trust in a system that is designed to improve quality of life. There is a lack of understanding of the degree to which the relationship between types of services provided and the number of services provided impacts congregation attendance. Thus, understanding that there is a significant influence that services offered can have on attendance.
